Refund policy

Contact us at artsyury@gmail.com to inquire for returns. Provide us with your name, order number, and item(s) you would like to return. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date.

If your order is still processing and has not been shipped yet, we can refund your order without the delivery hassle. (Yay!) However, if your order has already shipped, we cannot process the return until your order has been marked as delivered. Once your order has been delivered to you, you must mail back the item(s) through your choice of shipping/delivery carrier--please note that this will be an additional reshipment cost to you since we will not provide a pre-paid shipping label. Once the item(s) are mailed and returned back to us, the returned item(s) will be inspected to ensure that it is unused and returned in original packaging. If item(s) are deemed used or damaged by the customer, it may be ineligible for a full and/or partial refund.
